Cian Cian is the Creative Director at Can’t Create. He films, writes, edits and ideates on the vast majority of projects. With his roots set firmly in camera operation, Cian has a penchant for writing with an aim to directly complement and enhance his skillset behind the lens. His passion for filming surfing and skating from a young age has molded his creative style into something deeply individual. Cian is very accustomed to going above and beyond to capture unique angles and bring innovative ideas to life.
Milena Mila is the Operations Manager and Head Producer at Can’t Create. Her very nature resists definition. An insatiable desire to achieve coupled with a beautifully developed sense of aesthetics renders her invaluable on any project. Mila brings a tone of ephemeral grace and sophistication to everything she touches. A steel clad work ethic honed during her early years as a competitive rhythmic gymnast propelled her through a full ride scholarship at Northeastern University in Boston and landed her firmly in the driver's seat at Can’t Create.
